How Can I setup TRWinProg and Connect it online?

Step 1: To install the TRWinProg software, follow this link and download the correct version for your Windows operating system.
Step 2: Extract the downloaded zip folder.
Step 3: Click through to "setup.exe".
Step 4: The installation wizard will be in German. Click "Weiter" (continue in German) 3 times then click "Installieren" (Install).
Step 5: Click "fertigstellen" (finish in German) to complete the installation.

* To go online, you will need a PC Adapter V4 or PC Adapter V5 and a PT6 Switch Cabinet Module.

* The software is in German by default.
Follow these steps to switch language to English:
1. Click "Extra" >> "Global"
2. Under "Sprache", change from GER to ENG.
3. Click "Save" and "OK" subsequently.
If you are using PC Adapter V5
1. Click "Extra" >> "Global"
2. Ensure "Comm-DLL" is set to "USB-HID"
3. Under the "USB-HID" window click the button with the image of a connector on the right.
4. Double click "HID-Device found !" ("Warnung" prompt appears. Click "Ja" to confirm change) .
***If "No HID-Device found" check your connection. Ensure only USB cable is connected and try a different USB port. If still not found, try a different PC. If issue persists email [email protected]***
*If "Warnung" prompt doesn't appear, it means that the USB-HID setting is already configured properly. You can click the Blue "i" to back out.
5. Click "Save" and "OK" subsequently.
If you are using PC Adapter V4
1. Click "Extra" >> "Global".
2. Ensure "Comm - DLL" is set to "TR USB - Adapter".
3. Under "CommPort" change to the COM setting to the correct com port. If it is blank or the correct com port is not shown, you will need to install or update the driver of the device. Click here(Need to add link) for information on installing the driver.
4. Click "Save" and "OK" subsequently.
Now, You are ready to connect online!
In the main window, click the button with the two red cyclical arrows.
After a few seconds TRWinProg will be online.
You can confirm by checking the online status on the bottom right corner.
[Green is online, Red is offline.]
Should you receive an error requesting that you contact TR Electronic for a .TR file, you can follow the link below to download the latest files. You can copy and paste all of the .TR files into the Devices folder in the TRWinprog directory on your C drive.
