1. Assessment by Experts:


Our factory-trained technicians are ready to evaluate any part you're having trouble with. They'll identify the issue and provide solutions.


2. Reach Out to Our Service Team:


Contact our service team at [email protected]. Describe the problem you're facing, and include the part number and serial number. Feel free to make it even easier by sending a picture of the label.


3. Receive Service Documentation:


A friendly service representative will get in touch with you and share any necessary documentation for sending in the product.

4. Evaluation Fee:


Our evaluation fee is $205 per unit for most products. Repair fees vary by product and will be communicated to you once the assessment is complete.


5. Quick Turnaround Time:


Expect a speedy turnaround time of 2-3 weeks for most products. For lasers, safety encoders, or items requiring shipment to our facility in Germany, the process may take 8-12 weeks.


6. Learn About Findings and Repair Costs:


Once your unit has been evaluated, a representative will reach out to you with the findings and the cost of repairs. Stay informed and get your equipment back in top shape!
